The first six years are critical to a child's long term development, that the period from infancy through toddler hood is the foundation upon which a child's future is built. What parents do during these early, formative years greatly determines a child's later life.
Sadly, though, babies do not come with an "owner's manual", nor do they have a "warranty" that promises to fix them when something goes wrong.
Parents are responsible for the care and maintainance of their offspring and armed with loving dedication and an understanding of child development, they can safeguard the health, happiness and potential of their children.
